Sech went through a “complicated” time, but he ended up on top. On Friday, the Panamanian reggaeton star released Tranki, Todo Pasa, which translates to Calm Down, Everything Passes, his first solo album in three years.

“I don’t know where to start… After almost 1 year and a half going through a lot of things, complicated moments with [the label] and other [parts], but in the midst of all that, I understood that everything passes,” he wrote on Instagram, referencing his LP title. “When I thought everything was over, God gave me another chance to move on and here I am presenting my new album.”

“I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it,” he added. “I love you.”

The new LP features 14 songs, which he explained share the “learning lessons” of his struggles, and how he “found peace amidst the chaos.” The LP includes collaborations with De La Rose on “Gym Girl,” Beele on “Tus Labios Remix,” and Elena Rose on “1-0.” The album artwork features an animated bear floating above demons and dark forces with the help of a giant bunch of balloons.

Sech launched the album era earlier last month, when he released “Toy Perdió,” his first drop since signing to Bad Bunny’s Rimas Entertainment. (His last album dropped under Rich Music.)

At the time, he told Rolling Stone that he believed the single marked a “crucial moment in my career” after he took time out of the spotlight to focus on himself and his art. He said he entered the new era with “renewed entry and a clearer vision.”

Tranki, Todo Pasa follows 2021’s 42, 2020’s 1 of 1, and 2019’s Sueños. Earlier this year, he linked up with Justin Quiles and Lenny Tavarez for a joint project, The Academy: Segunda Misión. He also dropped an EP last year, El Bloke Hills.
