If 2024 has been an especially hard year for you, you’re not alone. Many people, including real estate agent and “Selling Sunset” star Chelsea Lazkani, feel that sentiment deeply. Season 8 of the Netflix hit series was particularly contentious for the fan favorite, and on top of all that, she also is dealing with major changes in her personal life. But as the old adage goes, it can really only go up from here.
“I’ve spoken to everyone [in my life] and everyone went through real roller coasters,” the reality TV star says. “This year has been really strange. But I hope this means a good, positive — financial positive, emotional positive, etc. — 2025.”
You can chalk it up to the stars. Astrology girlies know Pluto is entering Aquarius, a period of radical transformation — especially for the fixed signs, which includes Lazkani, as her birthday is January 26. During this period, positive change seems likely if we let go of the things that no longer serve us — and she has many things to look forward to.
First, she is returning for season 9 of “Selling Sunset.” While there’s not much she can say about what to expect as the cast just started filming and she has yet to even be on set, she hopes to show more of the positives in her life — even with the lingering tension from last season. “I’ve grown a lot and have gone through many changes in my life. I would love to show a little bit of that growth,” she says. “As everyone knows, I’m very heavy on boundaries — [hopefully I’ll] stay out of the mess a little bit.”
As for other upcoming projects that she has in the works, she says to definitely be on the lookout for something she’s cooked up — literally. Calling her love for cooking as her therapy, she hints at turning this hobby into something she can share with fans. “I love being in the food space, so there will definitely be more of me [there],” she says.
