Taylor Swift’s Go-To Fall Lipstick Is This Spicy Nars Shade

Much like her album releases, details about Taylor Swift’s makeup routine are highly coveted — and arguably just as secretive. Unlike other celebrities with endless GRWM videos and BTS glam shots, Swift has assumed a more guarded approach when it comes to sharing her favorite beauty products — leaving fans (and beauty editors alike) with the task of piecing together the specifics of her look.

While Taylor Swift’s red lipstick has long been a fixture (read: the fixture) of the pop star’s everyday glam, more recently, the singer has been opting for a warmer lip shade that’s primed for fall wear. And after weeks of online speculation about the exact brand of lipstick and its coloring, Swifties finally have an answer on the product — and it costs less than $30.

Swift’s longtime makeup artist Lorrie Turk took to Instagram to confirm the spicy lipstick shade that the musician has been substituting in place of her signature red lip, citing the Nars Original Lipstick in Morocco ($26), which Turk claims she’s “worn for years.”

She accompanied her caption with a photo of Swift from a Chiefs game earlier this season, where the star paired her cinnamon-esque lip with a skin-baring outfit, complete with a denim corset, leggy jean shorts, and wine-colored thigh-high boots to match.

As with most things that receive Swift’s cosign — whether it be a posture-correcting sports bra or denim workout dress — the product has already sold out at most major retailers. Fortunately, Swift’s lipstick is still available to shop in a matte liquid version ($28), as well as in a lip pencil ($24) format. Plus, the formula comes in a handful of other similar shades, which are shoppable at Nordstrom ($24, originally $28).
