Tekashi 6ix9ine’s ex-girlfriend Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Diaz sued the controversial rapper this week on allegations that he posted revenge porn of her online, as well as physically and emotionally abused her.
In the lawsuit, filed in federal court on Thursday and obtained by Rolling Stone, Diaz alleged that throughout their relationship, Tekashi — whose real name is Daniel Hernandez — beat her, drugged her, and stole from her. “Defendant has waged an appalling campaign of abuse against her — seeking to dominate, control, and harm her; alienate her from her family and friends; and rob her of hundreds of thousands of dollars of her hard-earned money.”
The listed causes of action in the suit are nonconsensual pornography, battery, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Diaz is seeking at least $1 million in damages.
Diaz claimed that she ended her relationship with Hernandez after discovering the alleged theft, which the suit described as the “last straw.” In retaliation, the suit said, Hernandez posted “private, intimate, and sexually explicit videos and photographs of Plaintiff” on X, formerly Twitter. Diaz’s management worked to get the videos removed, and Hernandez posted them again before they were removed a second time.
Prior to the revenge porn, Diaz claims that Hernandez physically, emotionally, and sexually abused her “within the first month of their relationship in 2023.” Hernandez had struck Diaz various times, she alleged, including at the baptism of her daughter. That day, “defendant punched Plaintiff and threatened
to throw her from a balcony in front of Plaintiff’s family and friends,” the suit said.
Hernandez allegedly told Diaz that “she was to blame for his violence toward her,” per the suit. Diaz’s suit referenced her own arrest from December 2023, with Diaz claiming she’d lashed out after Hernandez “effectively imprisoned” her at his home by refusing to give Diaz her passport and money.
Hernandez allegedly emotionally abused Diaz by “telling her that she was worthless without him” and that “no other partner would be interested in plaintiff,” the suit said. This past spring, Hernandez coerced her to get multiple cosmetic surgeries including liposuction and other plastic surgery because he was “unsatisfied with her looks,” Diaz alleged in the suit.
Diaz claims Hernandez had taken her own earnings and asked her record label and a music distributor she works with to send hundreds of thousands of dollars. Diaz alleged that Hernandez had used her money to purchase a luxury sports car, telling her it was a gift. He also rented villas for parties with her friends, saying that he paid for all the expenses.
Diaz said she discovered the alleged theft in August and ended the relationship then. On Aug. 19, Diaz and her manager got a DM on X that contained an explicit photo of Diaz and Hernandez, along with a threat that the full video would be released. She didn’t see the message at the time, she claimed, and the video released that month from an anonymous X account under the username @nukkikiiiiiiijay1dufo.
“Defendant was the only person in possession of this recording prior to its release, and his long history of abuse and control of Plaintiff confirms that he is responsible for the video’s publication,” the suit said.
Reps for Hernandez and Diaz did not immediately respond to Rolling Stone‘s request for comment. Speaking with TMZ, Hernandez denied the claims.
“All that jewelry is mine … that car she’s riding in I bought … the penthouse shoe [sic] got in the Dominican Republic I bought,’ he told the outlet. “I took care of her family, daughter — when I met her she had 2 month old baby — I put pampers and food on the table for them.”
The new lawsuit is the latest in a long line of legal troubles Hernandez has faced over the years. He was arrested in the Dominican Republic on domestic violence charges at the beginning of 2024.
