Must read

Post Malone‘s F-1 Trillion is finally here. On Friday, the “I Had Some Help” star officially released his country-foraying album after months of CMA Fest performances, chart-topping collabs, and a Stagecoach-headlining set.

The 18-track album is jam-packed with collaborations alongside new voices and veteran country stars. The album opens with “Wrong Ones” with Tim McGraw, and hears Malone tap Dolly Parton for “Have the Heart,” Brad Paisley for “Goes Without Saying,” Lainey Wilson for “Nosedive,” and Jelly Roll for “Losers.” Chris Stapleton, Hardy, Ernest, and Billy Strings are also included on the record.

The LP also includes his chart-topping collab with Morgan Wallen, along with previously released songs with Blake Shelton and Luke Combs.

In a social media post shared following its arrival, Malone thanked “everyone involved in the making of this project.” He added, “I am so honored to have worked with some of my favorite artists, writers, and friends… I have had the time of my life making this record.”

Ahead of the album’s release, the official X account for F-1 Trillion shared cover artwork by Mexican artist Gonzalo Lebrija, which sees a 1971 pickup truck suspended on its nose before hitting the water. The photo was taken in Presa Salto del Nogal in Jalisco, Mexico.

The album comes a day after Malone made his Grand Ole Opry debut as he was joined by Brad Paisley, Vince Gill, Lainey Wilson, and the War and Treaty. “He has a country heart, and he is someone who immersed himself in the Nashville way,” Paisley said onstage.

Malone began his F-1 Trillion era in April with a surprise performance at the famed Ryman Auditorium, followed a few weeks later by his headlining set at Stagecoach, where he performed a host of country covers and was joined on stage by the likes of Paisley, Dwight Yokam, and Sara Evans.

He also appeared at the 2024 ACM Awards, honored Dickey Betts with a cover of “Ramblin’ Man” with Reba McEntire, and joined Beyoncé on “Levii’s Jeans” from Cowboy Carter

The singer will hit the road in September to play the album in different cities throughout the fall, including stops at Boston’s Fenway Park and Atlanta’s Lakewood Amphitheatre.
