In addition to applying a mix of nude lipsticks, he also uses lip liner and lip gloss to perfect the look. His exact process? He begins by lining her mouth with a lip pencil, starting at the outer corners and going in to the middle (this helps to keep the liner symmetrical). To get a more matte look without drying out the lips he uses a creamy nude lipstick formula and blots off the oil with tissue. This makes it possible to achieve that matte finish.
